Who we are
Keel Stone Systems is a sole proprietorship run by Dinesh Narayana in Bangalore, India. We decide how your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it.

What we collect, and why
We collect only what you give us, and use it only for the purpose stated.

We never ask for card or bank account numbers, broker logins, passwords, API keys or government ID numbers. Please don't send them.
Your consent
We use your data because you agree to it when you submit a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will then stop using your data and delete it, except for records the law requires us to keep. Withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before you asked.
Who sees it
- Dinesh Narayana. Nobody else at Keel Stone has access.
- The services we use to run the business store it on our behalf: Zoho (email, and the Bigin CRM that receives the contact form and holds contact records) and Cloudflare (hosting this website). Some of these may store data outside India.
We never sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years after our last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing consent;
- deal with a complaint about how we have handled it;
- act on behalf of a person you nominate, if you die or can't act yourself.
Email [email protected]. We will acknowledge within 7 days and aim to resolve your request within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using this route.
How we protect it
Contact data is kept in Keel Stone's business accounts, separate from personal accounts, with two-step sign-in turned on and access limited to Dinesh. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you promptly, with what happened and what you can do, and report it as the law requires.
Age
Our services are for adults only. You must be 18 or over to contact us through this site.
This website
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address to deliver them. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs to keep the site secure.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will email you first.
